Chimney cleaners serving the Spokane Valley, Liberty Lake, Newport and Spokane areas
The retro branding isn't just for show. Timeless values like diligence and honesty are important to us. And we value your time.
We treat your appointments accordingly.
We take a detail oriented, careful approach to protecting your home and furnishings during the cleaning and to the cleaning itself.
We use a specially curated set of modern, professional equipment - both high tech and no tech - to assist us with inspection, soot mitigation, and a thorough sweep.
While the price can vary based on how difficult the cleaning is, chimney cleanings generally cost between $179-$209.
Additional chimneys in the same home are only $50 each.
Each chimney is unique, but with each cleaning we strive to provide:
A visual inspection of the chimney and fireplace or stove
Extensive soot management to protect your furnishings during the cleaning
A thorough cleaning of the flue, firebox and hard to reach areas where soot and creosote collect.
Maintenance recommendations. We will also share any compliance or safety concerns we spot during the cleaning.
Before and after the cleaning, we may also use a scope to inspect the flue.
The details needed are included in our contact form below. If you prefer to call or text to arrange a cleaning, no worries! We will just need to know:
Is it a stove, fireplace or fireplace insert (lined or unlined)?
How many stories is the home?
Location of the home
Other helpful information -
How long has it been since your last chimney cleaning?
Any particular quirks involved in cleaning or accessing the chimney?
Your stove or fireplace can not be used for 24 hours before a chimney cleaning (heat melts the brushes).
We love to meet children and pets! However, the cleaning process is quite loud, so we do recommend having them in another room while we are cleaning.
Many people do! However, for safety reasons, a thorough cleaning should involve much more than just pushing a brush on a pole up and down a few times through the flue.
Our service offers:
An advanced dust collection system that minimizes soot exposure for family and pets in the home during the cleaning.
Cleaning hard to reach areas such as above the baffle of a wood stove or the ash pit of a fireplace or brick chimney.
A thorough basic inspection, with the option to add a video inspection of the flue.
Let us save you the hassle and mess of a DIY chimney cleaning!
Like many professional chimney services, we use bendable poles and a motorized drill attachment. The great thing is, these work from below as well as above.
We have been trained to clean in a way that allows us to do most chimney cleanings from inside the home, without going on the roof.
This means that (as long as the roads are clear) we can usually clean your chimney regardless of weather or the pitch of your roof.
Yes, we are currently not equipped to handle the following:
Chimney cleaning for unlined stove inserts
Chimney cleaning for homes with very steep or high roofs *that can't be cleaned from inside*
Masonry repair
Stove or insert replacement
The good news is, this means we can focus on what we do best - chimney cleaning! And we can often recommend someone to call.
